Kinsmen Homes stands behind the homes they build. While our construction process includes many quality control
inspections, there may be unexpected issues that arise. Your satisfaction with your new home is very important to us
and that is why we offer a 1 year workmanship “bumper to bumper” warranty, 2-year major mechanical warranty (heat,
air, plumbing, etc) and 10-year structural warranty. Kinsmen Homes will arrange for your warranty repairs and we are
backed by Bonded Builders, an insurance company that covers the cost of these unexpected warranty services.
