Remodeling Process
- Request site visit – We will gather basic resident information that will help us help you.
- Site visit – We will meet you at the subject property to review the situation and make immediate recommendations for the property as we gather additional information to make a final recommendation to you.
- Request a bid – If you are comfortable with us as your potential contractor, just let us know and we will create an estimate to restore the property to its original condition or remodel to to increase design, functionality or space.
- Bid submission – We will submit a detailed bid and contract for your review and acceptance.
- Begin construction – We can order materials and begin construction as soon as we receive a signed contract and the required deposit. This is typically within 2-4 weeks from the initial site visit.
- Construction Completion – Once construction is complete to State, Local and Kinsmen Homes standards and we clear any open items, then we will request final inspections and final payments.
