As a courtesy to our homebuyers, our showroom, located at 6460 Phelan in Beaumont, displays each available selection according to feature and pricing levels. The available selections and upgrades are updated regularly to ensure that you always have the latest styles, colors and technology available.
Our team is in constant contact with Yvette to ensure that your needs (both design and financial) are taken into account prior to your appointment. After your design appointment with the Interior Decorator, all of your selection choices are documented and sent to our Construction Team - thus ensuring that every last detail of your Kinsmen Home is perfect!
You will be able to review each option you've chosen before and after installation in your new home with our Construction Team.
