- Lot Price
- Construction loan costs (if being financed by Kinsmen Homes)
- Building Permit Costs
- Preparation work to make lot buildable including lot clearance, dirt and tractor work
- Fencing
- Water/sewer taps
- Septic systems
- Well systems
Included
The following are included in the BOYL listed prices:
- Signature BOYL Features
- 1200 sq. ft. of flat work
- Signature Series Landscaping with up to 15 pallets of sod (no fencing)
- Foundation engineering
- Windstorm engineering to meet local compliance requirements
Estimates for excluded items (apart from loan costs) are lot specific and require lot inspection before an estimate can be given.
